Recently my wife and I bought a Heat Pump air conditioning system from your firm and had it installed in our home.

The sale and installation were handled by your representative Ryan Godin and two of your technicians. I wish to compliment Ryan and his team on the really first rate service they gave us.

They were efficient, fast and kept their work areas and their equipment cleaned up and out of sight during the install process. They arrived and left when they said they would. They answered all the questions I posed and were courteous and respectful.

I almost never write complimentary letters to business firms however this time was an exception. You should be justifiably proud of these young men as they represent your firm very well. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

They were joined later by Walter who did work for me before. All did a fine job. Walter helped with the thermostat issue due to my wife's vision. Miguel did an excellent job explaining the A/C features, the new float valve, and providing answers to my questions. The Kendal County Air service person was polite, prompt and informative. He thoroughly checked my system and corrected the problem. I was offered a "Comfort Club Maintenance Agreement" which I accepted.
